1. Scope
This policy covers the ShroudCloud™ website at shroudcloud.com. ShroudCloud is currently in private development, and the only feature available to the public is the waitlist. This policy describes the limited information we handle at this stage. When the product becomes available and begins processing testing data, this policy will be expanded and updated before that data is collected.
2. Information We Collect
Through the waitlist form we collect the email address you provide and the role you optionally select (for example, pentest firm, in-house red team, or independent researcher). We do not collect payment information, and we do not operate any billing at this stage.
3. How We Use It
We use your email address and role solely to contact you about ShroudCloud access as it opens and to understand who is interested in the product. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it.
4. Service Providers
Waitlist submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, our form provider, and delivered to us by email. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request metadata to deliver and protect the site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the waitlist, or where required by law.
6. Retention and Your Choices
We keep waitlist details until the product launches or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
