Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Service

ShroudCloud™ is OAuth attack infrastructure intended for authorized security testing by red teams and security professionals. ShroudCloud is currently in private development, and the only feature available to the public is a waitlist. No paid or operational service is offered at this time. By using this website and the waitlist, you agree to these terms. The ShroudCloud™ name and mark are trademarks. All rights reserved.

2. Authorized Use Only

ShroudCloud is built for testing systems that you own or that you are explicitly authorized in writing to test. When the service becomes available, you agree to use it only against such systems. You may not use ShroudCloud to access, test, or attack any system without proper authorization, and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have that authorization. Unauthorized use of security testing tools may violate laws including the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use ShroudCloud or this website to conduct illegal activity, to test or attack systems you are not authorized to test, to distribute malware, to send spam, or to infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Payment

No paid service is currently offered. If and when paid access becomes available, applicable pricing and payment terms will be provided at that time and will form part of these terms.

5. Service Availability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Any operational service, when launched, will be governed by its own availability terms provided at that time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove waitlist entries or, once the service launches, to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShroudCloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the service. Where any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
